MODULE 4: ASSESSING ICT INTEGRATION

At first I thought that God had sent satan to tempt me, but I realized at the end that trials do make you stronger. Looking at the different ways in which ICT can be assessed in a simple classroom setting was truly an experience. I realized that my scope of ICT was somewhat restricted, therefore, my scope of what can be done to implement and integrate ICT with the lesson was limited. I further realize that the scope of tools that can be used to assess this integration was truly amazing. I must admit that I have used a few of them over the years, but the range seemed to have increased. This integration also lends to students taking a more active part in their learning via assessing the integration through peer/individual assessment. I have learnt a lot and I do think that the incorporation of this knowledge into the classroom will assist the learning processes of the students.
