MODULE 1B3: Activity 3

 We always look at a person's rights, but we have to remember that with every set of rights that have been afforded us comes the corresponding responsibilities.  While I am cognizant that it is a student's right to receive quality education, it is:

•  the learner's responsibility to behave in an appropriate manner so as to access this education;
•  the parents' responsibility to provide the learner with adequate materials for learning, e.g. food, books, etc;
•  the government's responsibility to provide the necessary resources for learning, e.g teachers, computers, where the school is government run.                                                                                                Education is everybody's business.
